- this guy is NOT vietnamese. He is 100% chinese. This is one of the many times that I noticed that, chineses who lived in Vietnam then migrated to the U.S. If they are successful, then they claim to be chineses. When they went to jail, do horrible crimes, then they are considered vietnameses.
